POLICIES

PayFlex Eligibility and Approval

  • PayFlex is available only for eligible Titroniks products, rentals, or services totaling at least $30.
  • Approval is required, and not every purchase or customer will qualify.
  • Submitting a PayFlex request does not guarantee eligibility, approval, pricing, or enrollment.

PayFlex Payment Plans

  • The three-payment plan requires the first payment upfront, the second payment 14 days later, and the final payment 28 days after the first payment.
  • The four-payment plan requires the first payment upfront, followed by payments 14, 28, and 42 days after the first payment.
  • Payments are not automatic. Customers are responsible for making every payment by the confirmed due date.
  • Early payoff is allowed.

PayFlex Responsibilities and Completion

  • Customers must review and follow the approved payment schedule.
  • Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of the plan.
  • Eligible products or services are provided after all required payment conditions are satisfied unless Titroniks approves another arrangement.
  • Final eligibility, payment amounts, due dates, and terms are confirmed before enrollment.

Titroniks Membership Pricing

  • Titroniks Membership costs $10 per month.
  • Membership does not renew automatically. A new payment is required for each active month.
  • Customers may cancel at any time, but benefits are available only while the membership is active.

Titroniks Membership Benefits

  • Benefits may include 10% off eligible purchases and a second eligible Savings Service of equal or lesser value at no additional assistance fee on qualifying purchases.
  • Members may receive early access to newly added inventory and select savings opportunities.
  • Members may receive member-only promotions, special offers, appreciation rewards when available, weekly eligible-service updates, and future benefits as introduced.

Membership Eligibility and Responsibilities

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and are available only to the active member.
  • Eligible purchases, offers, discounts, rewards, and availability may change.
  • Customers must provide accurate information, follow applicable service and provider requirements, and review current benefit details before use.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation stops future membership enrollment periods and does not create an automatic refund for a month that has already been activated.
  • PayFlex cancellations and refund eligibility depend on the approved plan, payments already made, and costs already incurred.
  • If Titroniks makes an error that prevents an approved service from being completed, the affected customer will receive a full refund of the applicable payment made to Titroniks.

Changes to Programs and Policies

  • Titroniks may update program eligibility, benefits, payment options, pricing, terms, and policies.
  • Final program details will be confirmed before PayFlex enrollment or membership activation.
  • Customers should review the latest information each time they submit an inquiry.

Agreement

  • By requesting PayFlex or Titroniks Membership, you acknowledge that you reviewed and agree to the applicable information, terms, conditions, and policies.
  • You also acknowledge that availability, eligibility, approval, benefits, and continued enrollment are not guaranteed.
