Titroniks creates simple professional websites that customers own and control through their own Netlify account.
Customers may update the website themselves or optionally use Titroniks Quick Update or Website Care.
Computer Help is available for eligible computer-related needs. The type of assistance and price are confirmed after the request is reviewed when a fixed price is not listed.
POLICIES & PAYMENTREQUIREMENTS AND REFUNDS
BUSINESS WEBSITE CREATION
- Website Creation is $40 and includes up to 4 pages and the first contact or request form
- Extra pages are $5 each, additional forms are $5 each, and Payment Link Setup is $5
- Website Care is optional at $20 per month for up to 8 standard changes; unused changes do not roll over
- Quick Update is $5 for up to 2 standard changes when needed
- The website is published through the customer's own Netlify account after payment and required information are confirmed
- The customer owns and controls the completed website and may update it without continuing to pay Titroniks
- If Titroniks cannot finalize your paid request, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to Titroniks for that request
COMPUTER HELP
- Pricing is confirmed after review when a fixed price is not listed
- Submitting a request does not guarantee the requested repair or assistance can be completed
- Titroniks explains the service and price before paid work begins
- Parts, software, subscriptions, licenses, and third-party charges are separate unless specifically included
- Customers should back up important files when possible before computer work begins
- Titroniks mistakes are corrected at no additional service charge

BUSINESS WEBSITE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customers must provide accurate business information and approved materials
- Customers own the business information, logos, photographs, and original materials they provide
- Customers are responsible for creating or using their own Netlify account so the finished website can be published under their control
- Titroniks may guide the customer through claiming or publishing the website
- The customer is responsible for maintaining their own account access and any third-party services connected to the website
- Website Care and Quick Update cover only the stated number of standard changes
COMPUTER HELP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customers must provide accurate information about the device and issue
- Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important personal files when possible
- Titroniks is not responsible for pre-existing damage, software problems, data loss, account restrictions, or other conditions not caused by Titroniks
- Some problems may require additional parts, software, manufacturer support, or another service provider
- Completed services are nonrefundable unless a Titroniks error prevents or materially affects completion
If Titroniks cannot finalize your paid request, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to Titroniks for that request.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, eligibility, approval, reservation, or completion when applicable.
