ABOUT THIS SERVICEWHAT TO EXPECT
Titroniks provides a mobile Gaming Tent Experience for eligible birthdays, family gatherings, school events, church events, and other occasions.
The experience includes the equipment and on-site support listed on this page, plus setup and takedown. Optional add-ons are available when applicable.
POLICIES & PAYMENTREQUIREMENTS AND REFUNDS
- Gaming Tent rentals depend on availability
- Submitting a request does not reserve a date until the booking requirements are completed
- The base price is $275 for up to 5 hours of gameplay
- A separate $100 refundable security deposit is required
- Selected add-ons are added to the rental total
- A suitable power source is required; the Generator add-on is required when suitable power is unavailable
- The setup location must be level, safe, accessible, and free from dirt, rocks, mud, or another unsafe surface
- Weather or unsafe conditions may require cancellation, delay, or rescheduling
- Customers must provide accurate event date, time, location, and contact information
FOR VERIFIED TITRONIKS MEMBERS
- Receive 10% off the eligible Gaming Tent base rental
- Receive one free eligible add-on valued up to $25; the $50 Generator does not qualify
- The discount does not apply to the refundable security deposit
- Benefits apply only after a valid active Membership ID has been verified
TERMS & RESPONSIBILITIESWHAT YOU AGREE TO
- Payment and required deposits must be completed according to the booking requirements before the rental
- Rental equipment remains the property of Titroniks and customers are responsible for it during the rental period
- Damage, loss, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, or other applicable issues may result in additional charges or deposit deductions
- Customers must follow all safety and equipment-use instructions
- Titroniks may refuse or stop setup or operation when conditions are unsafe
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the rental may qualify for a partial refund or service credit
- Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of some or all applicable payments
- If Titroniks cannot finalize your paid request, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to Titroniks for that request
