ABOUT THIS SERVICEWHAT TO EXPECT

Titroniks provides fixed-price Gaming Tent packages and self-service 10′×30′ Tent rentals.

Choose the exact rental card you want, prepay through its Cash App link, and complete the request form using the Cash App name that sent the payment.

POLICIES & PAYMENTREQUIREMENTS AND REFUNDS
  • Event Rentals depend on availability
  • Submitting a request does not reserve a date until the booking requirements are completed
  • The Gaming Tent Experience is $375 total, including the $275 package and $100 refundable security deposit
  • The Gaming Tent + Generator package is $425 total, including the $275 package, $50 Generator, and $100 refundable security deposit
  • The 10′×30′ Tent is $75 for 24 hours or $125 for Friday through Monday
  • The 10′×30′ Tent is self-service; delivery is not included in the fixed card price
  • The setup location must be level, safe, accessible, and free from dirt, rocks, mud, or another unsafe surface
  • Weather or unsafe conditions may require cancellation, delay, or rescheduling
  • Customers must provide accurate event date, time, location, and contact information
TERMS & RESPONSIBILITIESWHAT YOU AGREE TO
  • Payment and required deposits must be completed according to the booking requirements before the rental
  • Rental equipment remains the property of Titroniks and customers are responsible for it during the rental period
  • Damage, loss, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, or other applicable issues may result in additional charges or deposit deductions
  • Customers must follow all safety and equipment-use instructions
  • Titroniks may refuse or stop setup or operation when conditions are unsafe
  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the rental may qualify for a partial refund or service credit
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of some or all applicable payments
  • If Titroniks cannot finalize your paid request, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to Titroniks for that request
