By using the Titroniks website, submitting a request, making a payment, joining Titroniks Membership, or using an available Titroniks service, you agree to these website terms and the specific policies for the service selected.

Review the applicable Information & Policies page before completing a request.

Titroniks currently provides Digital Memberships & Savings, Current Inventory, the Gaming Tent Experience, Website & Computer Help, Titroniks Membership, and PayFlex on eligible purchases.

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, eligibility, approval, reservation, pricing, or completion. Additional information, payment, verification, or review may be required. Customers must provide accurate and complete information.

Displayed prices apply to the applicable product, service, offer, or program unless another charge is clearly stated. Totals may include regular price, eligible savings, promotions, add-ons, delivery, deposits, and other applicable charges.

Review-based services receive a price before paid work begins. Exact-amount Cash App links already contain the applicable amount. Customers should not change it. Opening a payment link does not confirm payment; Titroniks confirms payment internally.

If Titroniks cannot finalize your paid request, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to Titroniks for that request.

This does not automatically apply to completed products or services, third-party charges, customer-caused damage or loss, applicable cancellation or late-payment charges, or refundable deposits governed by separate rental terms.

DIGITAL SERVICES

Third-party availability, eligibility, expiration, purchase, account, and provider terms may apply. Titroniks is not responsible for a provider changing or discontinuing an offer after successful completion.

INVENTORY

Inventory is available while supplies last. Review condition and descriptions before purchase. An item is not guaranteed until purchase or an approved hold is completed.

GAMING TENT

Requests depend on availability, location, weather, safety, and payment requirements. A request is not BOOKING CONFIRMED until Titroniks confirms it.

WEBSITE & COMPUTER HELP

Customers must provide accurate information. Back up important files when possible. Titroniks is not responsible for pre-existing issues not caused by Titroniks. Website customers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of supplied content. Customer websites are published through the customer's own Netlify account so the customer owns and controls the finished website. Titroniks.com remains on its existing ChatGPT website.

Titroniks Membership is $10 per active monthly period and does not automatically renew. Benefits apply only to eligible services and products after an active Membership ID is verified. Membership does not guarantee availability.

PayFlex may be available on eligible purchases of $30 or more. Customers must follow the agreed schedule. Titroniks does not automatically withdraw payments, and early payoff is allowed. Repeated late or missed payments may result in cancellation under the PayFlex policy. If Titroniks cannot finalize the underlying request, the full-refund rule applies and the customer-caused 25% PayFlex retention does not.

• Protect Membership ID and Request ID information
• Do not submit unnecessary passwords, PINs, banking credentials, or Social Security numbers

A Request ID is different from a Membership ID. Do not publicly share a Request ID with its matching phone number. Do not unnecessarily share a Membership ID.

Customers may use the site for legitimate requests. Customers may not submit false information, access private records, interfere with the site, manipulate pricing or records, or use another customer’s Membership ID or request information without permission. Titroniks may reject or cancel requests involving misuse.

Third-party companies maintain their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and requirements. Titroniks is not responsible for independent systems outside Titroniks’ control.

Titroniks is an independent business. Third-party names, brands, products, offers, and services belong to their respective owners. Titroniks is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless specifically stated.

Customer information is handled according to the Privacy & Customer Information page.

Titroniks may update availability, pricing, policies, membership benefits, or website terms when necessary. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required. A confirmed request under agreed terms will not be silently changed after confirmation.
